Redmi has launched the 2024 edition of its Smart TV A75 in China. The 75-in 4K UHD model has a native 60 Hz refresh rate. Compared to its predecessor, the new version has a gaming mode with 120Hz motion rate, extra storage and improved connectivity. Other features include voice controls and built-in speakers.

The 2024 Redmi Smart TV A75 75-inch has arrived in China. Like its predecessor, the updated model has a 4K Ultra HD display with a 3,840 x 2,160 px resolution and a standard 178° viewing angle. Another similarity is the 60Hz native refresh rate; however, the 2024 version features a gaming mode with a 120Hz motion rate for a smoothing image.

The Redmi Smart TV A75 uses MIUI TV, powered by a Cortex A35 quad-core CPU with a G31 MP2 GPU, and the new model's storage is increased to 2+32GB compared to the 1.5+8GB memory of the older edition. Another enhancement is with the TV's connectivity, supporting dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. The gadget comes with a Bluetooth remote, or you can use voice controls to control the TV and linked smart home devices.

Other features include two integrated 10W speakers, supporting DTS technology, and HDMI ARC, USB, AV and S/PDIF ports. The device has a 97.7% screen-to-body ratio, with a thicker lower bezel. You can now buy the 2024 Xiaomi Redmi Smart TV A75 75-inch in China for 3,099 yuan (~US$434), a 500 yuan (~US$68) reduction on the 3,599 (~US$492) MSRP. It is unclear whether the model could launch in other markets.
