Hisense has officially launched the PX2-PRO TriChroma Laser Cinema in the US. You can now buy the laser TV at US retailers, including Best Buy, Amazon and ProjectorScreen.com for US$3,499.99. Unveiled at CES 2023 earlier this year, the device delivers up to 2,400 ANSI lumens brightness and is compatible with Dolby Vision.
The ultra-short throw projector delivers a 4K picture with a maximum recommended image size of 130-in (~330 cm) and a 0.25:1 throw ratio. Vivid colors, deeper blacks and 107% coverage of the BT.2020 color space are possible thanks to the Hisense TriChroma Laser Light Engine. A Game Mode improves responsiveness to enhance your gaming experience; you can connect consoles or other gadgets via HDMI, USB and Audio Out ports. Other features of the PX2-Pro include support for Dolby Vision and HDR10, a Filmmaker Mode and an integrated 30W sound system supporting Dolby Atmos.
Plus, Google TV allows you to stream content from popular platforms like Disney+ and Netflix, cast from a mobile device with Chromecast and control the device with Google Assistant voice commands. You can also buy the Hisense PX2-PRO laser TV in Europe, retailing for €2,999/£2,499.
