MagyarDangbei X5 Pro new 4K projector unveiled with up to 2,450 CVIA lumens brightness
Dangbei has launched the X5 Pro laser 4K projector in China. The DLP model has a 0.47” DMD chip and a laser light source generating up to 2,450 CVIA lumens brightness, with a 30,000-hour life expectancy. The ALPD projector can throw images up to 200-in (~508 cm) wide with a 1.27:1 throw ratio.
The X5 Pro has an AI color engine that delivers vivid, natural colors, 120Hz MEMC motion smoothing and support for HDR10+. You can perfect the image with automatic focus, image correction, screen fit and obstacle avoidance tools. The Android 11 projector uses the Dangbei OS 4.0 interface, and you can screencast from mobile devices. The model supports Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6 and has two built-in 12W speakers, compatible with Dolby Audio and DTS-X. You can connect external speakers or other gadgets via HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. Other features include voice commands and 4+128 GB memory.
You can now pre-order the Dangbei X5 Pro laser 4K projector in China for the discounted price of 6,988 yuan (~US$957). The product will retail for 7,099 yuan (~US$971), meaning early customers save 101 yuan (~US$14). It is unclear whether or when the product could launch in other markets like the US, the UK or the EU.
