CES 2024 | MSI CreatorPro X18 HX workstation laptop presented with up to an Intel Core i9-14900HX, Ada Generation professional dGPUs and 4K MiniLED display

The CreatorPro X18 HX is MSI’s top-of-the-line content creator notebook for 2024. This is the first model from the Creator lineup to pack an 18-inch display in a 17-inch chassis and features the fastest Intel Raptor Lake Refresh CPUs along with professional-grade GPUs from Nvidia.

MSI claims that the CreatorPro X18 HX as well as the new Titan 18 HX models are the world's first to integrate an 18-inch 3840 x 2400 MiniLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 1000 nit brightness. There is also a 2560 x 1600 option with 240 Hz refresh rate.

Processor options go up to an i9-14900HX, which can be coupled with up to 128 GB of RAM via 4x DDR5 slots, and a storage combo of 1x PCie 5.0 + 2x PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs. On the graphics side, MSI offers the RTX 3500 or RTX 5000 Ada Generation professional GPUs.

Port selection is robust with 2x Thunderbolt 4 (1x with PD 3.1), 3x USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, HDMI 2.1 video out, 2.5 GbE jack, audio jack and full-size SD card reader. Wireless connectivity is ensured through the new Wi-Fi 7 + BT 5.4 standards.

Other features include an FHD webcam with IR sensor and privacy shutter, 2x woofer + 4x tweeter sound system, 99.9 Wh battery and 400 W power adapter, MSI AI Engine that dynamically allocates resources depending on user scenarios, vapor chamber cooler,  plus 3.2 cm profile with 3.6 kg weight.
