Innocn has embraced the 5K2K (also known as WDQHD, or 5120x1440 across 49 inches) trend with the new GX87 (or 49Q1R), declaring it "clearer and sharper" than the average UWQHD display thanks to its up-to-date resolution. It is also backed to deliver the obligatory high 1500000:1 contrast ratio thanks to its QD-OLED technology.
Accordingly, the OEM backs its latest monitor for 144Hz gaming that is all the more immersive and panoramic, as the blacks will be truly black while the colors also hit more or less right at 99% of the sRGB color gamut.
The 49Q1R is also touted as an all-round monitor that can be split into multiple windows for work with its 32:9 aspect ratio. It has 3 HDMI ports, 2 of which are 2.1, and also doubles as an up-to-90 watt (W) USB-C charger.
The OEM has released the 49Q1R to Amazon at a fairly competitive price of $999.99; however, it should be noted that the MSI MPG491CQP of suspiciously similar specs is currently discounted to $849.99, while its 240Hz counterpart the 491CQPX is also on sale right now at the same price as Innocn's new option.
