Govee has launched the Smart Ceiling Light Pro in Europe. This model was on show at CES 2025 alongside other smart home devices like the Uplighter Floor Lamp. The panel measures 38 cm (~15.0 inches) across and is designed for spaces measuring around 25 m² (~269 ft²).
The round Smart Ceiling Light Pro offers dimmable white and colored lighting effects, with a color temperature range of 2,700K to 6,500K. There are a total of 120 lighting segments set across five concentric circles, each of which can be controlled independently. The product listing indicates that the light offers a peak brightness of 4,300 lumens. Plus, there are over 65 preset scene modes, including several that sync to music, on offer in the Govee Home app.
You can also use the app to set up lighting schedules. Alternatively, you can use Amazon Alexa or Google Home. On top of this, support for Matter means that this light can integrate with a wide range of smart home ecosystems. Connectivity options include 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and the wattage is 48.5 W. The light panel mounts flush to the ceiling and is said to be easy to install.
