Xiaomi Mijia Water Purifier Pro with dual faucet arrives

Xiaomi is now accepting pre-orders for the Mijia Water Purifier Pro Dual Outlet 1600G in China. Designed for the kitchen, this smart home device offers purified water to drink or to clean produce.

The Xiaomi Mijia Water Purifier Pro has a double faucet with the upper outlet for drinking water. It has a higher degree of water purification than the lower outlet, thanks to an RO membrane. This tap has a 4.25 L per minute flow rate, with a water purification capacity of 6,500 L. The lower outlet is used for other purposes like to clean fruit and vegetables; as it requires less filtration, it has a higher flow rate of 13 L per minute and a 25,000 L capacity. 

The faucets can be rotated to make them easier to access, and an integrated display shows information like the current mode and the TDS value. With HyperOS Connect, you can remotely adjust the settings of the Mijia Water Purifier Pro in the brand’s app, where you can receive filter replacement reminders and adjust the customer water output volume. The filtration unit, which is typically stored under the sink, measures 160 x 445 x 428 mm (~6.3 x 17.5 x 16.9 inches).

The Xiaomi Mijia Water Purifier Pro Dual Outlet 1600G can be pre-ordered in China for CNY 2,999 (~$411). A smaller 1200G version is also available to pre-order for CNY 2,599 (~$356). It is unlikely that this product will launch in other markets like Europe.
