An upcoming Android smartphone is tipped to launch with an on-trend flat screen to go with its almost gaming PC-like active cooling system that even has its own tiny working fan. However, the device is not said to debut from prominent performance-focused brand RedMagic as tech aficionados might expect, but from Oppo (or its globally popular subsidiary OnePlus).

OnePlus has targeted the power Android smartphone user in the past with devices such as the Ace 3 Pro in the recent past. Its original parent Oppo has also aimed for performance by integrating MediaTek's competitive Dimensity 9400 in its new Find X8 and X8 Pro. However, neither brand has released an overt ROG Phone-series rival to date.

That might change in the next generation of their smartphones, however. One of them is now thought to be the first of its kind to mimic the RedMagic 10 Pro, a new flagship with a signature vent and functional spinning fan.

Accordingly, the new hardware might also be part of OnePlus' Tiantong mobile cooling system soon. Then again, the prediction as made by influential leaker Digital Chat Station does seem a little redundant from Oppo's point of view, as it has also just developed an ecosystem of magnetic accessories that could easily expand to include an on-the-go cooler for compatible smartphones - the Find X8 and new OnePlus 13 included.
