It's almost a form of art. Images of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra keep popping up on the Chinese network Weibo and reveal tiny new details every time. Some reviewers already got their hands on the new Hasselblad camera flagship, but they apparently don't want to upset Oppo, because proper hands-on images showing the entire smartphone from all angles are nowhere to be found. Instead, we mostly see certain aspects of the design.
After initial spy shots revealed the flat front, which is rather unusual for a Chinese flagship smart, high-quality side view shots have also been leaked in recent days and are embedded below. In both cases, protective cases and a camera protector slightly obstruct the view. At least in the high-resolution side view of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra, the round Hasselblad camera with four sensors is somewhat visible, as is the more prominent Action Button that will replace the classic OnePlus mute switch.
Oppo Find X8 Ultra vs. Apple iPhone 16 Pro (Max)
There are more official teasers, as Oppo manager Zhou Bao has already revealed or even confirmed certain technical specifications of the Oppo Find X7 Ultra successor. Today, two more photos have been posted and show a section of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra display compared to Apple’s latest flagship phone.
Since both devices have flat screens, the images are intended to compare the thickness of the display bezels, in which case Oppo wins the comparison with the smaller iPhone 16 Pro. However, the Find X8 Ultra apparently has to settle for a tie in a bezel contest against the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
