Fitnexa’s Duva One combines side-sleeper-friendly earbuds with noise cancellation, sleep tracking and environmental sensors to provide insights into nighttime habits and bedroom conditions. A launch is planned for October.

Fitnexa recently unveiled Duva One at IFA 2026, a new sleep-focused wearable that aims to do more than simply block unwanted nighttime noise. The system combines compact wireless earbuds with nighttime audio playback, active noise cancellation, sleep tracking, environmental sensing and a sensor-equipped charging case, intended to generate actionable information about the sleeper and their surroundings.

Designed for side sleeping, the earbuds track heart rate, HRV, movement and sleep stage, weighing around 3.3 grams each and measuring 9.9mm at their thickest point. The case separately monitors room noise, light, temperature and humidity, collecting data for analysis via the app. According to the company, the case does not record or store actual audio, only sound-level readings.

The earbuds are designed for side sleepers.

Noise reduction consists of passive isolation with active cancellation for a claimed peak of 42dB, alongside optional sound masking and a "Snore Response Mode" that reacts to detected snoring. Battery life is estimated to be 15-16 hours per charge.

The concept is certainly ambitious, the success of which will depend on how well the system works as a whole. Either way, it is not a medical device, and its sleep-stage measurements should be regarded as estimates rather than definitive assessments. Duva One is expected to launch in October at a target price of $349.99, with availability expected in the US, Canada, the UK, EU and Australia.
