TechRadar's hands-on impressions at IFA were largely positive, though tempered by an notable caveat: the Master Buds Open are not a full-fledged Bose product, but simply carry "Sound by Bose" technology. Even so, the reviewer was impressed by the buds' comfort and design, and singled out the companion app as unexpectedly feature-rich and easy to navigate, offering a spatial audio mode and a low-latency gaming setting.

Noise will reportedly launch the Master Buds Open for around €119 (approx. $140), well below Bose’s Ultra Open Earbuds, with availability planned for late September 2026. Where exactly the earbuds will launch is not clear, though it will likely come to most major markets such as the UK, US and India.
