Xiaomi set to debut a 27-inch 165 Hz monitor alongside a 30,000 mAh power bank
Xiaomi has upped its display game recently. The company launched the Mi Display 1 and Mi Display 1A a while ago, and may now be set to follow them up with a more powerful display.
A recent report claims Xiaomi is set to debut a new monitor. The monitor will have a 27-inch display size and, more importantly, a 165 Hz refresh rate. That's a good sign that it will be a gaming monitor, and will build on the 34-inch 144 Hz monitor the company launched last year. That 34-inch monitor, the Mi Surface 34-inch, had a QHD resolution, Freesync support, a 3000 nit peak brightness, and a 3000: 1 contrast ratio. We expect this new gaming monitor to deliver similar features when it's launched.
A gaming monitor isn't where it ends either, as Xiaomi is also expected to unveil a new power bank, the Mi Power Bank 3. It will have a 30,000 mAh capacity, making it Xiaomi's highest capacity power bank yet. Xiaomi's Mi Power Bank 2i has a 20000 mAh capacity, and supports 18 W input and output. The Mi Power Bank 3 should, at the very least, match that.
Launch dates are unknown but we'll be sure to keep you updated.
