Xiaomi launching new smart air conditioner for a natural breeze

Xiaomi is about to launch a new version of the Mijia Air Conditioner Natural Wind Vertical 3HP (New Level 1 Energy Efficiency) in China. This model shares many similarities with the previous model, released in 2025.
The Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Natural Wind Vertical 3HP can both cool and heat a room, with a 13 m (~43 ft) air delivery range, 115° wide-angle coverage and a 1,752 m³/h (~61,800 ft³/h) airflow rate. It is said to offer “natural and comfortable airflow” (machine translated), creating a gentle breeze from upper and lower sections, delivering canopy and carpet style airflow, respectively.
As is typical with Xiaomi’s smart air conditioners, this model supports HyperOS Connect, allowing it to integrate with the brand’s smart home ecosystem. Plus, it can be remotely controlled via the brand’s app, through which users will also receive OTA updates. Another smart feature is said to be intelligent diagnosis of over 120 issues, with notifications when a build-up or blockage is detected.
In China, the Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Natural Wind Vertical 3HP (New Level 1 Energy Efficiency) will launch on April 10th for CNY 4,599 (~$668). It is unlikely that this product will be released in other markets like Europe, where the brand is slowly rolling out its smart air conditioner range (Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco 3.5 kW curr. €629 at Xiaomi Store DE).
