New Airseekers Tron SE mulching robot mower launches with discount

The Airseekers Tron SE Robotic Lawn Mower has launched in Europe. This new entry-level model follows on from the original Tron, which was crowdfunded on Kickstarter in 2024. After multiple delays, the company announced on April 3rd that the final shipment of the original model was on the way to backers in Europe and the US.
Airseeker’s new Tron SE is designed for smaller yards; it can cover an area of up to 1,500 m² (~0.4 acres), while the standard Tron is suitable for larger lawns measuring up to 2,400 m² (~0.6 acres). The Tron SE also has reduced “AI Vision” for navigation, with a 140° field-of-view (FOV) from a front-facing camera. For context, the Tron also has a side camera for a 300° FOV. The final difference is the battery size, with a smaller 10 Ah battery for the SE model rather than a 15 Ah battery used on the new model.
The Tron SE is said to have a “rugged chassis”, capable of tackling slopes measuring up to 65% (33°). It can also mulch some types of leaves in the fall. This boundary wire and antenna free model uses a combination of Network RTK (NetRTK) and an onboard camera for positioning and obstacle avoidance. The robot is powered by a 2,000 W peak power motor with a dual-layered six blade cutting disc, rotating 3,000 times per minute. Plus, its FlowCut mulching system returns clippings to the ground, acting as a fertilizer for your lawn. Other features include a swappable battery system and an IPX6 waterproof rating.
You can now pre-order the Airseekers Tron SE Robotic Lawn Mower at the brand’s online store for €1,049, thanks to a €350 discount on the €1,399 RRP. This deal will run until April 30th, with orders expected to ship from April 15th.
