Xiaomi intros upgraded S Mini LED TV series with up to 100-inch 288Hz panel

Xiaomi has started to take pre-orders for its new S Mini LED TV series. This 2026 lineup is different than the lineup that recently became official in the EU. Specifically, it's more feature-packed.

For instance, the Chinese S Mini LED TV 2026 is available in five sizes, starting from 55-inch to 100-inch. The top-of-the-line model has 1,920 dimming zones, 2,000 nits peak brightness rating, and up to 288Hz refresh rate. Of course, the entry-level option has 576 zones, but it retains the other performance-focused features.

The latest EU lineup, on the other hand, maxes out at 98 inches, has a 1,200-nit peak brightness rating, and features up to 880 dimming zones. Beyond these, Xiaomi highlights the low-reflection properties of the Chinese S Mini LED TV 2026 series. There's a "0.5% low-reflection film," which should lead to an enhanced viewing experience in challenging lighting conditions.

Audio is another department that Xiaomi is putting in the spotlight. The new lineup brings a 2.1-channel system with Harman AudioEFX. Like the predecessors, there's a dedicated Game Mode, which promises a smooth and responsive experience with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VRR.

Xiaomi's "Master Quality Engine" is present on this TV lineup, and it promises to deliver enhanced contrast, better clarity, and accurate colors. Xiaomi has yet to share the price of the series, but this piece of info is expected to be announced on April 8, 2026, which is when the pre-order period ends in China. Another thing to note is that this exact lineup with these specs isn't expected to be available officially outside the Chinese market.
