Wanbo launches T2 Ultra new cheaper projector with Google Assistant
Wanbo has launched the T2 Ultra projector in countries worldwide. This is a more affordable model with a basic feature set and a gimbal stand. The model has a native 1080p resolution, a 2,500:1 contrast ratio and a maximum screen size of 180 inches (~457 cm).
According to the product listing, the T2 Ultra’s light source delivers up to 500 ANSI lumens brightness and is expected to run for up to 20,000 hours. You can perfect the image with auto focus, keystone correction, screen fit and obstacle avoidance tools. The Android TV 11 OS brings popular streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+, as well as support for Chromecast and Google Assistant voice commands. Plus, thanks to its stand, you can adjust the projection angle by up to 120°, allowing you to throw images onto the wall or ceiling. Other features include two 5W speakers, dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi and a range of ports, including HDMI and USB.
You can currently buy US, UK and EU versions of the Wanbo T2 Ultra projector for the lower price of $189 (~£149/€180). The company claims that this Early Bird Bundle Deal, which includes a storage bag and anti-light curtain, is at its “lowest price ever”. The T2 Ultra is expected to retail for $269 (~£212/€256), and it will compete with the likes of the Anker Nebula Mars 3 Air GTV Projector (currently $419.99 at Amazon).
