Meanwhile, the Pad2 Pro sees an upgrade to MediaTek's current flagship chipset, the Dimensity 9300+, and pairs it with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
In the camera department, the vanilla model has an 8-megapixel sensor on the back and a 5-megapixel selfie cam, while the Pro ships with a 13-megapixel shooter on the back that can record 4K video in addition to an 8-megapixel front camera.
Both tablets are running the company's OriginOS 4 based on Android 14, and both support various first-party accessories, including an active stylus, a keyboard case, and a folio case. When it comes to the batteries, the Pad2 comes with a 10,000 mAh cell with 44 W fast charging, while the Pad2 Pro has an 11,500 mAh battery that can charge at up to 66 W (Anker power bank curr. $19.99 on Amazon).
In China, the iQOO Pad2 starts at 2,499 Yuan (~$345) for the base variant with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Meanwhile, the iQOO Pad2 Pro starts at 3,399 Yuan (~$470) for the 8 GB + 256 GB version and goes up to 4,099 Yuan (~$567) for the top 16 GB + 512 GB SKU.
