Samsung Q7F entry-level 4K QLED TV now available
Samsung has launched the Q7F 4K QLED TV in the US. This entry-level model sits below the recently revealed Q8F TV and is available in the following six sizes: 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 85-inch.
The Q7F TV has a 4K (3,840 x 2,160 px) resolution with a native 60Hz refresh rate. The model is marketed as featuring the Samsung Vision AI image enhancer with 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and support for HDR10+ and HLG. Other features include Motion Xcelerator 60Hz, 4K upscaling and Filmmaker Mode. Further gaming tools include an Auto Game Mode with ALLM, Game Motion Plus, Super Ultra Wide Game View and Hue Sync for an immersive lighting experience.
With the Tizen Smart TV OS, Q7F users can access a wide range of popular streaming apps, and there is support for Bixby and Amazon Alexa voice commands. Alternatively, you can wirelessly share content through tools like Apple AirPlay. Plus, Samsung Knox is said to protect your personal data including passwords. Ports on the device include three HDMI, USB-A and Ethernet, and there is an integrated 20W 2-channel speaker system with tools like Object Tracking Sound Lite and Active Voice Amplifier.
The Samsung Q7F TV is now available in the US at retailers like Amazon, where the 43-inch QN43Q7F model is priced at $397.99. You can find a complete price list below. A version of this TV is also on the way to Europe in the future, where it will be known by various model numbers; for example, the 43-inch TV has been found under the product codes QE43Q7F, GQ43Q7F and TQ43Q7F.
