Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra: Leak reveals pre-order deal, price level and key specs
We are a little skeptical as to whether the Greek website Techmaniacs has actually received definitive information on the pre-order deals for the Galaxy S25 series in Europe around two months before the planned launch date, but it claims that it has, citing a "very reliable source". According to this, there will be a comeback of storage doubling for pre-orderers of the Galaxy S24 successors, i.e., those who buy a base model with 256 GB of storage will get one with 512 GB at no extra charge.
The leakers have rejected previous rumors and leaks that suggested higher price ranges. Despite the reportedly higher production costs, the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra will supposedly be offered at the same prices as the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra (available here at Amazon), which, if true, would be very positive news. Techmaniacs also provides concrete information on the specs, although this has already been made clear in previous leaks.
All sources affirm that the Snapdragon 8 Elite will indeed be in all European Galaxy S25 models, while the base model will be launched with 12 GB RAM instead of 8 GB RAM. Little is expected in terms of new camera technology. Only the new 50 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor in the Ultra model is mentioned as a change, otherwise the camera hardware remains unchanged. This also applies to battery sizes, fast charging speeds and display specs, all of which are expected to remain unchanged from the predecessors.
