Nubia's gaming-focused brand RedMagic has now confirmed that it will follow its 6S Pro launch with the usual early-year launch in 2022. However, that will not be all from this brand; it has strongly hinted at a greatly enhanced range that might debut alongside its normal mobile offerings this year.
They are now slated to include the brand's first-ever monitor, which, should the brand's latest trailer be anything to go by, might have a 3-side borderless design decked out with stock RedMagic gaming accents. Then again, whether this peripheral will get anywhere near the OEM's current maximum refresh rate of 165Hz or not remains to be seen. Its maker has also suggested it could be used alongside an appropriately chunky, serious-looking first-party router.
Furthermore, RedMagic has indicated that it intends to establish its own metaverse in 2022, built through the medium of its first-gen virtual reality (VR) headset. Hopefully, this product can deliver the promise of a markedly slim and comfortable-looking build as hinted at in its inaugural teaser. The accessory is also portrayed as all matte black with an unobtrusive logo at one temple.
Therefore, the next upcoming product event from this brand might be of particular interest to Android gaming fans. On that note, the company is of course also projected to debut at least 1 successor to the 6 series soon. RedMagic has now confirmed that this reportedly Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered 7 (possibly accompanied by a 7 Pro) will become official in February 2022.
