Realme has started to hint at the imminent launch of a new Android flagship, prompting a leading tipster to assert that it will do so as the GT5 Pro. The smartphone is said to launch with a "Miracle Cooling" system of unprecedented specs, backed to push its new Qualcomm chipset to levels of performance beyond that of comparable handsets.

Realme has intimated that it will give its fans something to shout about soon in the run-up to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 launch event. That, according to prolific leaker Digital Chat Station, would be the Pro variant of the GT5.

The putative vegan leather-finished smartphone is now touted to become the "ultimate performance" 8 Gen 3-powered flagship, even more so than possible rivals such as the Xiaomi 14 Pro or OnePlus 12. Apparently, the GT5 Pro will outdo these devices in terms of cooling.

It is tipped to integrate a "Miracle"-grade vapor chamber of a potentially record-setting size, and also to have an improved design that allows for "3D" heat dissipation. Accordingly, that new development is believed to elevate the GT5 Pro above others with the same new Qualcomm chipset in terms of processing speeds.

Then again, the alleged new Realme flagship has yet to emerge in terms of the benchmarks that might help underpin these claims. In addition, it might be outdone by the Xiaomi 14 series in the main camera arena, although the GT5 Pro is the one said to pack a new, on-trend 64MP periscope zoom lens.
