Realme GT5 Pro set to launch with 3,000-nit high-brightness display
Realme has announced that it will "surpass its peers" with an industry-leading spec for its next flagship Android smartphone. The GT5 Pro will have the latest on-trend feature for mobile device displays: an ultra-high brightness touted to boost legibility in any conditions.
The Realme GT5 Pro has officially been beaten to a launch as the world's next Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Android smartphone today (November 7, 2023). The OEM remains undaunted, however, as its chief marketing officer Xu Qi Chase is confident that its upcoming flagship will outshine the competition.
Then again, its iQOO 12 Pro rival has been unleashed with the same ultra-high max brightness rating of 3,000 nits. Nevertheless, Realme is confident its take on the ground-breaking spec will help the GT5 Pro's display emerge as the best of its top-end class.
It is also touted to launch with a "professional-level" touch-response rating and masterful frame-rate stabilization. The GT5 Pro is also tipped to have a larger battery than its new iQOO rival (even if it may not charge quite as fast). Realme has yet to set a launch date for its new flagship smartphone, although it is thought to do so by the end of 2023.

I became a professional writer and editor shortly after graduation. My degrees are in biomedical sciences; however, they led to some experience in the biotech area, which convinced me of its potential to revolutionize our health, environment and lives in general. This developed into an all-consuming interest in more aspects of tech over time: I can never write enough on the latest electronics, gadgets and innovations. My other interests include imaging, astronomy, and streaming all the things. Oh, and coffee.
