Realme GT5 Pro: Global launch rumors spark up on start of new social media campaign
Can a mobile device be a flagship without a periscope zoom lens? No, it can't - according to Realme's latest poster, that is. The brand's Indian division has laid these arguably hard-line new criteria for premium smartphones out on its Twitter/X channel.
Given that the lens type that delivers potentially heightened zoom thanks to a new stacked lay-out is surrounded by a disk-shaped structure in Realme's new render, the promo is thought to hint at an imminent GT5 Pro launch in a new country.
The flagship device also offers a 144Hz display driven by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, up to 16GB of RAM and battery/charging tech on par with that of the OnePlus 12 - all for a surprisingly good price in Realme's native China.
Now, it's a case of waiting and seeing if that prospect is indeed on its way to the Indian market soon. In the meantime, there are alternative explanations for Realme's aggressive new trailer, the upcoming launch of 11 Pro- or Narzo 60-series successors instead included.
