Realme 13 Pro series of Android smartphones gain launch date in latest teaser

Realme asserts that it can build on the precedent built by the 12 Pro and Pro+ with their segment's "only dual 50MP" smartphones in this half of 2024.

Not only are the impending 13 Pro and Pro+ touted as further enhanced with plenty of AI both in and out of their native camera app, they are also now backed to launch as handsets "outclassing DSLRs in clear photography" (because claims like those have always worked out so well in the past).

They will also be the first Realme smartphones to rock new Monet Purple and Gold finishes. With all this hype in place, one might think that a formal debut for the 2 devices would be only just around the corner; however, the 13 Pro series' promotions still have about 2 weeks left to run, with a launch now set for July 30, 2024 at 12:00 IST (08:30 CET).

Meanwhile, the 12 Pro+ with 12GB of RAM is currently discounted by 22% to INR 29,680 (~$355) on Amazon.
