The latest Realme 13 Pro series previews suggest that the smartphones will have a camera hump very similar to those of their "Luxury Watch Design" forebears. However, things are different under those central round face-plates, according to the brand itself.
It has now indicated that the upcoming 12 Pro+ successor will have a "dual main camera system", which means that 2 of what seems to be its 3 rear shooters will be 50MP.
One will be the Sony LYT-701, an all-new sensor to be exclusive to the 13 Pro+ on its launch, while the other will be the LYT-600, featuring as a 3X periscope zoom lens for the first time in a Realme smartphone.
They comprise the hardware "layer" of the brand's new HyperImage+ camera system, overlaid by new AI algorithms rated to confer features such as AI Ultra Clarity; AI HyperRAW Algorithm; AI Pure Bokeh, and AI Natural Skin Tone.
The Realme 13 Pro+ will be unleashed on the Indian market alongside its Pro sibling "soon". In the meantime, the 12 Pro+ now starts at INR 27,770 (~$332) on Amazon.
