Oppo's announcement that it is "nearly time" to share "something incredible" with its UK fans has led to speculation that the OEM is about to bring the Find X line of premium Android smartphones back to the country. They are touted to combine "smart AI features" with "incredible" designs and "stunning" camera performance.

Oppo's twin brand OnePlus makes its latest flagships available through channels such as Amazon, but the corresponding Find X7 series sold under its own name had been left behind in China throughout 2024.

However, the next generation is now slated to be back in Southeast Asia by November - and also possibly in the UK, according to the OEM's latest teaser. It strongly hints at the appearance of the X8 and X8 Pro's signature round Hasselblad-branded camera humps very soon.

They can offer the unique combination of high-end MediaTek Dimensity 9400 silicon, the latest, AI-enhanced, version of ColorOS and triple 50MP rear cameras to countries such as the UK and Indonesia (albeit perhaps not Germany) soon.

The Find X8 and X8 Pro also challenge even the newest iPhones with their design. Then again, much the same can be said of the Vivo X200 series that might follow them onto the international scene in late 2024 or early 2025.
