Oppo unveils new entry-level smartphone with Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 SoC
Oppo has unveiled a new smartphone in its A series, the A3X 4G. The company already launched the A3X 5G variant back in August. The A3X 4G model is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage, and an Adreno 610 GPU.
The smartphone boasts a 6.67-inch LCD display with a 1604 x 720-pixel resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and up to 1000 nits peak brightness support. It has military-grade MIL-STD-810H certification, and Oppo claims that the device can easily withstand the harshest environments. Additionally, Oppo also added an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance.
Moreover, the A3X 4G features an 8MP single rear camera paired with a flicker sensor. There’s a 5MP front-facing camera for capturing selfies and video chats. Oppo packs a 5,100mAh battery which supports 45W fast charging. Oppo has fitted all this hardware within a 7.68mm thin body that weighs about 186 grams.
The Oppo A3X 4G starts at INR 8,999 (roughly $106) for the base 4GB + 64GB model, and the 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at INR 9,999 (roughly $118). It comes in Nebula Red and Ocean Blue color options. You can now buy the A3X 4G smartphone via Oppo India online store and Amazon India.
