Machenike Intel Lunar Lake mini PC debuts with Core Ultra 7 258V
Asus NUC 14 Pro AI and Khadas AI PC Dev Kit are among the few Lunar Lake mini PCs announced so far. However, it seems that will change pretty soon as Chinese manufacturer Machenike has just showcased its first Lunar Lake mini PC, the Creator 14.
At the core, it's a 0.7-liter mini PC with the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, which is one of the top-end options within the Lunar Lake lineup. It features four P-cores and four LP E-cores. With 32 GB of RAM and the Arc 140V iGPU, the processor is quite capable of gaming as well.
Machenike has paired the 258V with a dual-fan cooling setup but didn't mention the TDP the processor is configured at inside the mini PC. However, Intel says that the max turbo power is 37W, and in our benchmarks, the CPU performed better than the last-gen Core Ultra 7 155H at 28W but couldn't outpace the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 in some criteria.
The company also shares that the Lunar Lake mini PC supports three-display output, sports two 2.5G network ports, and features a lightweight chassis. Machenike has yet to share pricing and availability details, but its products don't usually make it outside the Chinese market. So, the chances of the Creator 14 going global are very slim, but right after it launches in China, brands like Minisforum, Aoostar, Beelink, and GMKtec (Nucbox K6 curr. $483.99 on Amazon) could announce their Core Ultra 200-series mini PCs.
