OPPO touts the Reno11 as the best "50MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera" (with OIS) smartphone that INR 25,990 (~$310) can buy on Amazon.in right now - although buying it is also buying into its potentially challenging looks.
The OEM's efforts to turn the Reno series into the most photography-focused smartphones on the mid-tier Android market worldwide have resulted in some of the most distinctive (if not the most pleasing) camera humps out there over the last few years. However, it has now decided to go back in order to go forward with the upcoming 12 series, according to legendary tipster Digital Chat Station.
Accordingly, the upcoming Reno12 will turn out looking almost exactly like the Reno6 from the back, according to the leaker's latest OPPO-related renders.
The recycled (yet also potentially crowd-pleasing) camera hump might be presented as part of rear panels with finish options ranging from flowy sliver to plain black, with OPPO logos but apparently without vegan leather alternatives.
The alleged Reno12 and 12 Pro might also have the same "super beautiful" screen with minimal bezels, centrally-mounted selfie camera punch-holes and another series signature: a 6.7-inch display diagonal.
