Google is projected to launch the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro in October 2022. Now, rumors of a new external Chromecast that might be unveiled alongside it have sparked up again, following its reported addition to regulator databases. It is said to aim for the budget tier of the smart home market as it will lack 4K, yet run Google TV out of the box.

VOLTA has jumped into the multi-pad, multi-use wireless charging accessory space with the Anchor, a 3-in-1 "station"-style product that could also act as a display stand or holder for pretty much all of a user's mobile Apple or Android ecosystem at the same time. It supports up to 15W of wireless power, which is still compatible with the new iPhone 14 series.
