The Roborock Saros 10 robot vacuum’s pricing has been leaked ahead of its upcoming launch. The model was unveiled at CES alongside the Saros 10R and Saros Z70. The Saros 10 and Saros 10R launched in the US a few weeks later and are scheduled to launch in Europe on March 3rd.
Roborock has also confirmed the price of the Saros 10 in Europe: it will retail for €1,499. The European pricing of the Saros 10R leaked in January when it was shown with the same RRP of €1,499. Both models are now listed at the Roborock store in countries including France, Spain and Germany. Here, the company is advertising a €100 discount for customers who purchase either model before March 16th. It is worth noting that the price of the Saros 10R is currently listed on the Roborock Germany website as €1,449.99, though it is expected to have the same retail price as the Saros 10.
There are many similarities between the Saros 10 and Saros 10R. They both have a slim body at 7.98 cm tall, a dual anti-tangle brush mechanism and the AdaptiLift Chassis, allowing the robots to climb over obstacles up to 4 cm tall. They also come with the same self-cleaning dock featuring 80°C hot water mop and dock washing, warm air drying and automatic mop removal.
There are differences in navigation technology, with the Saros 10 using the RetractSense LDS module that can be lowered to make the robot more compact, while the Saros 10R uses the StarSight System 2.0, a combination of RGB cameras and ToF sensors. Plus, the Saros 10 offers VibraRise 4.0 mopping, while the Saros 10R has dual rotating mops which are said to be tougher on stains. A benefit of the Saros 10 is up to 22,000Pa suction power, an increase on the 19,000Pa suction of the Saros 10R.
The Saros 10 and Saros 10R are already on sale in the US, where they are each available at Amazon for $1,599.99. It remains to be seen when the Saros Z70 robot vacuum will launch and at what price.
