The Roborock Saros 10 robot vacuum has been revealed. This new model will be on show at CES 2025 alongside the Saros 10R and the Saros Z70. All three robot vacuums are described as ultra-slim and offer features like the AdaptiLift Chassis, allowing them to climb over obstacles, and the FlexiArm Riser Side Brush.
The Saros 10 is more powerful than the Saros 10R, delivering up to 22,000 Pa suction power. This is the highest level of suction power seen on a Roborock vacuum, matching the Z70R. However, the Saros 10 lacks the OmniGrip robotic arm of the Z70R. It also uses VibraRise 4.0 mopping rather than dual rotating mops, which is said to be a more absorbent mopping solution for more effective stain removal.
Another difference is found with the navigation and obstacle avoidance technology: RetractSense with ReactiveAI 3.0 is used rather than StarSight. The benefit of RetractSense is that the LDS module can be lowered, allowing the robot to move under lower furniture. The final difference is with the docking station; the Saros 10 uses the RockDock Ultra 2.0 instead of the Multifunction Dock 4.0. The docks appear to offer the same features but have different designs.
The Roborock Saros 10 robot vacuum is expected to be available in the US and various European countries in January. In the US, it will retail for $1,599.99, the same price as the Qrevo Edge and Qrevo Curv models (available at Amazon). The EU pricing has yet to be announced.
