Dreame’s sub-brand Mova has introduced its latest robot vacuum cleaner, the Mova S20 Ultra, in Turkey. Alongside the S20 Ultra, Mova also launched the E30 Ultra, S10 Plus, S10, and the M1 robot vacuums. The device has a smart cleaning system designed to clean hard floors and soft carpets with 8,300 Pa suction power.
The vacuum robot uses obstacle avoidance technology, which allows it to recognize 70 different types of objects (like shoes, cables, cans, and others) and plan an efficient cleaning route. However, Mova hasn't disclosed the name of the object avoidance technology. As for the mapping, Mova packs 4-level mapping technology into the robot for fast home mapping.
Furthermore, the S20 Ultra has hot mopping functionality, reaching temperatures up to 60 °C (~140 °F). It has a self-cleaning docking station, which automatically washes and dries the mop, auto-refills water and solution, and empties the onboard dustbin, allowing for up to 7 weeks of hands-free cleaning. The gadget can detect carpets and automatically raise the mop by 8 mm (~0.31 inches) to avoid wetting the carpet.
The self-emptying robot vacuum houses a 5,200 mAh battery that enables it to clean for up to 2 hours and 50 minutes on a single charge. Like other high-end robots, you can control the S20 Ultra via the accompanying app or with voice assistants like Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant. The Mova companion app also enables several features, such as scheduling cleaning, setting no-go zones, adjusting cleaning modes, selecting between mop washing and drying, setting custom routines, AI smart plan cleaning, and more.
