The Aqara Hub M100 has been officially unveiled at CES 2025. The smart home device had already been spotted on the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) website, though few details were revealed in this listing.
Aqara has confirmed that the Hub M100 is an entry-level smart home hub. The Matter controller appears to be relatively compact, though the exact dimensions are unknown. It is powered via USB-A, with Wi-Fi, Thread and Zigbee connectivity. As such, it can act as a Thread Border Router or a Matter bridge, allowing it to connect with a wide range of smart home products from Aqara and other brands.
It remains to be seen when Aqara will launch the Hub M100. It is worth noting that some products shown by the company at IFA 2024 in September, such as the Camera G5, are still not on sale. However, other smart home devices like the Smart Valve Controller T1 (curr. $69.99) are already available at Amazon. Also on show at CES 2025 are the Aqara Panel Hub S1 Plus, the Touchscreen Dial V1 and the Touchscreen Switch S100 US.
