At CES 2025, a number of PC hardware manufacturers are introducing new gaming monitors and other peripherals to enhance gaming experiences. Alongside the new HP Omen 27-inch gaming displays, HP has also revealed a new budget-conscious, feature-packed 4K gaming monitor.
Judging from HP's spec sheet, the new Omen 32x isn't going to blow anyone away, but it does seem to provide a nice balance between nice-to-haves for gamers and must-have productivity and creative features.

In addition to a host of gaming features, accurate colours, and a crisp 4K resolution, the HP Omen 32x also has Google TV built-in, meaning it can be used in lieu of a smart TV if needs be, making it a pretty convincing option for a small media corner in a study or dorm room.
That Google TV OS also means it is capable of neat tricks, like Multi-View and screen mirroring, and HP includes a KVM switch, which it has called Shared Keyboard and Mouse. The HP Omen 32x will be available in April, starting at $749.99. At that price, it will contend with Samsung's 32-inch Odyssey G70B, which features almost identical specifications but retails for $699.99 on sites like Amazon.
