Lumus Pro: Compact 4K surveillance camera for indoor and outdoor use launched with discount

Reolink has launched a new smart security camera. Despite its compact size, the Reolink Lumus Pro is designed to deliver high-resolution recording, smart features and impressive image quality even in challenging lighting conditions. The camera is available for preorder at roughly $64 after a 20% discount. With numerous companies competing in the home security camera market, consumers have plenty of options.

Measuring 60 x 91 mm (2.4 x 3.6 in), the camera features a 4K image sensor capable of recording videos at 15 frames per second. Its horizontal and vertical fields of view come in at 106° and 56°, respectively. The built-in F1.6 lens ensures that images are bright enough even in low-light settings, such as during sunrise and sunset. The Lumus Pro is equipped with IR night vision as well as lights in the visible spectrum for capturing coloured videos at night.

An integrated siren next to the LEDs helps ward off unsolicited visitors. Users can also easily communicate with individuals in front of the camera. Thanks to its IP65 certification, the Reolink Lumus Pro is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Captured images can be saved locally on a microSD card with capacity of up to 256 GB or sent to a device from the Reolink Home Hub Series.
