Roborock is about to launch the new G30U robot vacuum in China. This is not the first model in the G30 series; it arrives after the G30 and G30 Space vacuum, with the latter spotted in China earlier this year. These two models are being sold internationally as the Saros 10 (curr. $1,599.99 at Amazon) and Saros 10R (curr. $1,599.99 at Amazon), respectively.
The company has teased the release of the G30U on Weibo. So far, it has been revealed that the G30U will have the same 7.98 cm tall body as its predecessors, meaning it can fit under lower items of furniture. It also features the AdaptiLift Chassis, allowing it to climb over thresholds and other obstacles up to 4 cm (~1.6 inches) tall. It will offer 20,000 Pa suction power and can mop at a constant temperature. It will be accompanied by the latest Multifunction dock for intelligent self-cleaning, such as hot water mop washing and emptying the onboard dustbin.
The G30U robot vacuum will be released on March 10th. Other innovations, including the recently teased P20 Ultra robot vacuum, will be launched at the same time. In other news, Roborock has just launched the Qrevo Edge S5A and Qrevo Curv S5X robot vacuum and mops worldwide. These are cheaper versions of the Edge and Curv models, which arrived in 2024; the lower prices are achieved by cutting features like the AdaptiLift Chassis.
