Logitech G502 X Plus Millenium Falcon special edition gaming mouse launches
Logitech has launched the G502 X Plus Millenium Falcon Edition in North America. The Star Wars version of the device features an illustration of the Millenium Falcon wrapping around the top of the mouse, with the starbird, or Wren Phoenix crest, on the base of the gadget.
The G502 X Plus has LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches and LIGHTSPEED advanced wireless for ultra-low latency and improved reliability. A HERO 25K sensor allows you to adjust sensitivity between 100 and 25,600 DPI with a maximum speed of 400 inches per second. There are 13 programmable controls and Lightsync programmable RGB lighting across eight zones. Plus, you can save up to five memory profiles on the gadget. The Logitech accessory has up to 120 hours of run time with constant motion, reducing to 37 hours when RGB is used; the device recharges via USB-C.
The lightweight mouse weighs 106 g and is compatible with devices running Windows 10 or later or macOS 10.14 or later. You can now buy the Logitech G502 X Plus Millenium Falcon Edition for US$159.99/CA$219.99, the same price as the standard edition. It is unclear whether or when the product could launch in other markets. Logitech has also launched the G840 The Return of the Jedi Collection, with Battle of Endor and Darth Vader versions of the XL Gaming Mouse Pad, retailing for US$49.99/CA$59.99.
