Logitech launches Signature AI Edition M750 mouse and Logi AI Prompt Builder software to access ChatGPT with the press of a button
Logitech has jumped into the field of AI by launching its first Logitech Signature AI Edition M750 wireless mouse with dedicated AI buttons.
The AI Edition M750 has a button near the mouse wheel dedicated to opening the new Logi AI Prompt Builder, an application that allows users to build AI prompts quickly with the assistance of custom recipes such as rephrase or summarize. A side button opens ChatGPT directly, while another allows users to speak prompts quickly. The M750 is designed with silent buttons to work in libraries and at home without disturbing others.
The M750 is powered by a single AA battery for up to 24 months and can connect to Windows PCs and Macs wirelessly over Bluetooth or using the Logi Bolt USB receiver. The mouse is 4.26 x 2.40 x 1.52 inches (108.2 x 61 x 38.8 mm) and weighs 3.57 oz. (101.3 gr).
The Logi AI Prompt Builder application is compatible with other Logitech mice and keyboards, so current users of those devices can also benefit leveraging AI in their daily work. The free application works with free and paid ChatGPT accounts and does not share information with Logitech or ChatGPT. Although the Prompt Builder only works in English today, Logitech plans to include foreign language and additional AI support later.
The Logitech Signature AI Edition M750 wireless mouse is a Logitech website exclusive. Readers who have Amazon credits can buy an alternative device supported by Logi AI Prompt Builder such as this one on Amazon.
