Leaked Vivo X500 unboxing video shows white colorway and retail accessories ahead of launch

The same Vietnamese importer behind the previous Vivo X500 hands-on leak has followed up with a full unboxing video, this time showing the phone's white colorway in detail. The video was filmed inside a Vivo retail store in China, suggesting that the importer sourced the unit through a retail channel.

The unboxed unit is said to feature a 6.59-inch display, matching prior size expectations for the standard X500. It ships with a 90W charger and a matching white silicone case included in the box, consistent with Vivo's usual retail bundling for its X-series flagships. Apps could not be opened on the unit during the video, likely due to a software lock preventing full functionality until Vivo's official September 21 launch date in China, though Vivo has confirmed most of the X500 series' headline camera specifications. The standard X500 is set to use a 1/1.28-inch main sensor—the same Sony LYT-828 found in the X300 Pro—alongside a 64MP Lytia-610 telephoto camera with CIPA 5.5 stabilization.

The unboxing provides more complete visual confirmation of the X500's design than the earlier photos. While yesterday's images showed only the rear camera module in the phone's other colorway, this video offers a fuller look at the white variant's build—including the screen, charging brick, and included case—none of which were visible in the initial shots of the box and camera module.
