Jabra has announced the new Elite 4 earbuds as an "affordable" addition to its flagship line of TWS earbuds. Despite this definition, the new popcorn-style accessories rock active noise cancellation (ANC) and multi-device connectivity over Bluetooth. The 4s also feature the Qualcomm aptX codec often missing from other buds of their price bracket.

The latest TWS earbuds from Danish audio company Jabra are in truth a new version of its Elite 4 Actives that switch those "everyday sport" accessories' IP57 ingress-protection rating for IP55 "rain-proofing". Nevertheless, they still retain their series' ANC, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and 6mm drivers.

Jabra also still backs the Elite 4 buds to last up to 28 hours with the back-up from their USB type-C charging case, or 22 with ANC on. They also benefit from a mono mode (in which just 1 earbud can be used at a time), Google Fast Pair and Spotify Tap playback support.

The earbuds also boast Qualcomm's sought-after (according to Jabra, at least) aptX technology in addition to the SBC codec. However, they also have a new price of US$99.99/€99.99, and come in a new range of Navy Blue, Gray, Lilac and Light Beige color options.

The Elite 4 "essential earbuds" are available to buy from jabra.com from now.
