Honor Magic V3: The super-thin Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 alternative will come in these stylish colors
It remains to be seen whether the Magic V3, described by leakers as an "uncompromising" foldable, will indeed not compromise on important features such as the camera. According to previous information, the successor to the Honor Magic V2 features a better triple camera based on a 50 MP sensor and 3x telephoto with periscope optics. The camera design is definitely reminiscent of the Honor Magic6 Pro and is probably intended to signal quality.
Honor first showed us the design of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 competitor, which is only 9.xx mm thin, a few days ago, but only in the Silk Road Dunhuang color, a very earthy reddish brown. The remaining three color options have now been revealed on Chinese network Weibo ahead of the launch on 12 July 2024, all of which appear to also have a leather-like back. This makes perfect sense as the material saves weight and thickness compared to glass, and the Magic V3 aims to set new records in this regard.
And the European launch?
The official render images of the Tundra Green, Qilian Snow and Velvet Black colors can be seen above. What colors will be available for the international launch is of course the big question: there have been no clues regarding a global launch so far. One can only hope that it will be quicker than the Magic V2, which took more than half a year for its global launch. Together with the new Honor foldable, an exciting tablet and a 14-inch laptop will also be unveiled.
