More and more details about the Pixel 10's features and specs are emerging, including smaller tidbits of information about the new features that receive less coverage. The Mystic Leaks Telegram channel, for example, recently provided us with the short video below, which points to a new feature called "Magic Cue". According to the leaker, this is apparently a new name for the "Pixel Sense" feature that already appeared in the media a few months ago. Of course, it could also be that Magic Cue is not the final name and that a new AI assistant with "Pixel" in its name will be presented at the launch date.
In any case, the assistant itself is supposed to react context-sensitively to questions in chats and provide helpful suggestions. As an example, the question about the chat partner's flight number is used below, which "Magic Cue" can independently retrieve from emails without having to search for it manually. You can decide which data the new Google Assistant can access. This includes Gmail, Google Calendar, Keep and tasks from your primary Google account, as well as contacts, chat histories and screenshots on the device itself.
Pixel 10 gets better speakers
In conjunction with the Pixel Screenshots app, which functions similarly to Microsoft's Recall, Magic Cue would have a broad data portfolio at its disposal, but Google emphasizes the security and privacy of the information. Meanwhile, Android Headlines reports that a lesser-known piece of hardware in the Pixel 10 series is also likely to receive an upgrade: the speakers. While there will be no Dolby Atmos support, the new speakers are said to offer the best sound quality of any Pixel phone to date.
