The NTH-50 on-ear headphones deliver professional-grade audio, with a design Rode says that targets precise sound reproduction, passive noise isolation, and all-day comfort. Featuring a 40 mm dynamic driver and a detachable cable, they ensure durability and versatility for mixing and monitoring.

Rode has unveiled the NTH-50 on-ear headphones for professionals producing, mixing, and monitoring audio with a focus on comfortable wear and accurate sound reproduction. The on-ear design enables wearing eyeglasses and sunglasses without interference.

The headphones utilize a 40 mm dynamic driver in a closed-ear design that provides -21 dB of passive noise isolation. They are designed to accurately reproduce music without high distortion from 5 Hz to 35 Khz even when driven at loudness levels of 100 dB (0.05% THD at 100 Hz) and beyond, up to a maximum of 124 dB. The NTH-50 has an impedance of 32 ohms with a sensitivity of 117 dB SPL at 1 V RMS.

The Rode NTH-50 weighs 7.8 oz. (220 g) and comes with a 5.6 ft. (1.7 m) coiled, detachable headphone cable that can be attached to either earcup. The cable is compatible with 3.5 mm jacks and 1/4-inch jacks with the included adapter.

The headphones use memory foam earcups and a contoured headband designed to rest gently on the head for all-day comfort. The headphones come with a lifetime warranty, and all major components can be replaced as they wear out.

The NTH-50 has an MSRP of $99 and is available here on Amazon.
