Soundcore Boom 3i: New portable rugged speaker now available in Europe

The soundcore Boom 3i rugged outdoor speaker has been released in Europe. This product from the Anker sub-brand was first spotted at the end of May 2025 on the brand’s Canadian website.

Now, the soundcore Boom 3i is also available at Amazon in countries like Germany, where it retails for €129.99. In the UK, you can currently buy the speaker for £79.99 thanks to a £20 discount on the £99.99 RRP. In this region, customers can choose between black, blue and green versions of the product.

Soundcore’s new Boom 3i speaker is designed for use outdoors with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating. The company suggests it could be used at the beach, at a pool party or when kayaking. The waterproof speaker is said to be five times more resistant to saltwater than similar products, though these are unnamed. It can handle being dropped from 1 m (~3.3 ft), and it is marketed with a 100 m (~330 ft) range.

The Boom 3i delivers an up to 50W output with up to 56 Hz frequency response range, and the brand’s BassUp 2.0 and DSP technologies. You can adjust the settings of the speaker in the soundcore app; features include integrated lighting, Voice Amplifier, Emergency Alarm and Buzz Clean. Plus, the integrated battery is said to provide up to 16 hours of playtime. It comes with a detachable strap to make it easier to carry, measuring 21 x 7.85 x 8.5 cm (~8.3 x 3.1 x 3.3 inches) and weighing 830 g (~1.8 lbs).
