JBL has unveiled a total of five new soundbars that start at prices of €399. The new JBL Bar 1300MK2 flagship features 11.1.4 channels, a dual subwoofer with AI Sound Boost and two detachable wireless rear speakers.

JBL has introduced its new generation of soundbars, which consist of five new products: the JBL Bar 1300MK2, Bar 1000MK2, Bar 800MK2, Bar 500 MK2 and Bar 300MK2.

The three higher-end models are equipped with Harman's MultiBeam 3.0 technology, which promises a true surround sound experience. Additionally, the manufacturer states that thanks to the new Harman SmartDetails technology, all soundbars will reproduce even the most subtle nuances. Meanwhile, PureVoice 2.0 is designed to produce crystal-clear dialogue.

All new JBL soundbars come with built-in WiFi, Bluetooth and support for AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Amazon Music HD, Spotify Connect and more.

JBL Bar 1300MK2: Flagship soundbar with powerful subwoofer

The Bar 1300MK2 is JBL's new flagship soundbar and boasts 11.1.4 channels and a maximum power output of 2,370 watts. It comes with a powerful subwoofer with two 8-inch drivers that, along with AI Sound Boost, are supposed to deliver deep, powerful bass with minimal distortion.

Also included are two detachable wireless rear speakers, which can be placed behind the couch or seating position as needed in order to provide proper surround sound. Additionally, there are six up-firing drivers for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X 3D surround sound.

The JBL Bar 1300MK2 will be available in stores starting September 2025 for a suggested retail price of €1,499.

JBL Bar 1000MK2 and 800MK2 also come with rear speakers

Positioned just below the aforementioned flagship, the JBL Bar 1000MK2 is a powerful 7.1.4-channel soundbar with an output of up to 960 watts. It also includes two detachable rear speakers, but they don’t feature the Bluetooth connectivity that’s found in the top-tier model. The 10-inch subwoofer and soundbar with two up-firing drivers support Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.

New entry-level JBL Bar 500MK2 and 300MK2 soundbars

At the lower end of JBL’s new soundbar lineup are the Bar 500MK2 and 300MK2 models. The 750-watt Bar 500MK2 comes with 5.0 channels and a 10-inch subwoofer for a suggested retail price of €649.

Last but not least, the Bar 300MK2 has 5.0 channels but no dedicated subwoofer. This rather wallet-friendly sound system is officially priced at €399. Both of these budget mid-range soundbars are set to launch this month.
