Samsung has listed certified renewed models of the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The Galaxy S25 series listings have showed up earlier this time around, compared to the previous generation.

Less than a year since release, Samsung is already offering its Galaxy S25 series phones as certified renewed models. Typically, Samsung waits till April next year for Earth Day to release the certified renewed models but looks like it has opened the offer several months earlier this time. Not just the Galaxy S25 series, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is also available as certified renewed. Those interested can get up to $470 off, depending on the phone.

As per Samsung’s certified renewed section on the official website, all four models in the Galaxy S25 series are listed, though the Galaxy 25 Edge (37% off on Amazon) is out of stock. It’s the same for the foldables as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is available but the Galaxy Z Flip 6 is out of stock, at the time of writing. Furthermore, there is also a trade-in discount of up to $287 depending on the phone and the condition it is in.

Galaxy S25 series, Z Fold 6 renewed pricing

The base Galaxy S25 is available for $140 off since only the 256 GB model is listed for $709 (new costs $850). The Galaxy S25 Plus is available with only 512 GB for $899. That’s $300 cheaper than the new model with the same storage. Not all color variants for these are available and that’s typically the case with certified renewed options.

As for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung has a new one currently discounted to $850 for the 256 GB model. That’s a $450 discount from its typical MSRP and it’s an even better discount than the certified renewed offering, listed at $1,109. Of course, it makes more sense to go with a new Galaxy S25 Ultra at this point.

Coming to the foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is the only one available and since there is already a Z Fold 7 (15% off on Amazon) on the market, Samsung doesn’t have a new Z Fold 6 in stock. The certified renewed Z Fold 6 is priced at $1,429 for the 256 GB model which is a $470 discount from its launch price of $1,899.

For the certified renewed phones, Samsung experts check every component to ensure they are working as expected. They are repaired with Samsung parts, if needed, and come with a new battery. A one-year warranty is given for these devices. Since the Galaxy S25 series just launched earlier this year, they still have seven years of updates left.
