Casio set to release 5 new G-Shock and 2 Baby-G watches globally this July

Last month, Casio unveiled 17 G-Shock watches in Japan, from limited-edition collaboration models, namely the G-Shock ICERC Frogman and the Surfrider Foundation Japan, to other standard models, such as the Camo and Gold, the GST-B1000BD, and the Luxe Black series. The month of July isn’t different, though.
Casio has listed seven new watches, including limited-edition collaboration models as well as some other standard models on its UK website. We have listed the names of the watches below; you can check them out. However, it’s worth noting that we don’t know the exact launch dates for some models, but we do know their prices. All five G-Shock models are currently listed as available soon. Interested buyers can sign up on Casio’s website to be notified when the watch becomes available.
Casio unveiled its Pokémon 30th anniversary G-Shock GA-110PKM-7A watch in Japan last month. Now, the watch is officially listed on the Casio UK website for £220. The G-Shock GA-110PKM-7A watch features a clear, translucent resin case and band found on the recently released Gundam-themed G-Shock. The dial, bezel, buttons, and hands are finished in Pokémon's signature RGB (red, green, blue) color scheme inspired by the original 1996 Game Boy games.
Inside the dial, you’ll find a pokeball-shaped subdial with an indicator hand shaped like Pickachu. Plus, there are a total of 30 Pokémons printed on the resin band as a tribute to the franchise’s 30th anniversary. We already covered the watch in detail, and you can read about it here.
Casio G-Shock GravityMaster GWR-B3000 series
Besides the Pokémon limited-edition watch, Casio is also launching G-Shock GravityMaster watches globally. Speaking more precisely, the GravityMaster series consists of a total of three models, namely, the G-Shock GWR-B3000-1A, the G-Shock GWR-B3000A-2A, and the G-Shock GWR-B3000B-8A. All three watches are listed on the Casio UK online store for £750, £800, and £870, respectively.
Design-wise, the Casio G-Shock GWR-B3000 watches have carbon fiber-reinforced resin and stainless steel casing. Each model features three analog hands and three subdials positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. The GWR-B3000 series are radio-controlled (Multiband 6) watches that feature Bluetooth connectivity, Tough Solar charging, and up to 200 meters (20 bar) of water resistance. Following the Japan launch, the Casio G-Shock GM-2100LXB-1A has now officially been released on the global market for £210. However, it’s not available for purchase yet. What makes the watch special is its minimal all-black matte design with an octagonal bezel, making it a CasiOak model. It mirrors the design of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak luxury watches.
Speaking of specs, it features a carbon core guard structure, 200 m (20 bar) water resistance, a three-year battery life, 31 time zones across 48 cities, multiple daily alarms, and a countdown time. For more details, refer to our detailed news piece.
