Casio Baby-G BGD10: Three new customizable watches now available in the US

The Casio Baby-G BGD10L-2, BGD10L-4, and BGD10L-7 watches are now available in the US. The BGD10, or BGD-10, models are part of the brand’s Baby-G+Plus range, celebrating 30 years of Baby-G wearables.

These Baby-G models come with a set of color band loops that you can use to customize the watch. Casio also says that there are “adorable” pixel art animations, like a cat, a dog and a dolphin. These are randomly generated on the watch face when you press the light button in Timekeeping mode. Each model has a different color: the BGD10L-2 is blue, the BGD10L-4 pink and the BGD10L-7 white. Features of the wearables include world time, with 29 time zones on offer, a 1/100th second stopwatch, a countdown timer, five daily alarms and an hourly time signal.

An LED backlight, Super Illuminator, ensures you can read the watch at night. Plus, the shock-resistant watches have a 10 bar or 100 m (~328 ft) water resistance rating and can run for up to three years on a single battery. You can buy the Casio Baby-G BGD10L-2, BGD10L-4 and BGD10L-7 watches in the US for $79 at the company’s online store or via third-party retailers at Amazon. The BGD10L-2 and the BGD10L-7 are also available in the UK for £69.
