MagyarCamera flagship Nubia Z60 Ultra coming soon as a special Photographer Edition with more AI features
At the end of last year Nubia launched the Z60 Ultra (available directly from the manufacturer), an exciting flagship camera phone on the market. In addition to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, an unusual 50 MP (35 mm) main camera was able to impress in many respects in the test.
The manufacturer has now announced a new version of the Nubia Z60 Ultra on Weibo. The Nubia Z60 Ultra Photographer Edition has been shown on several teasers. The new model will go on sale on March 28, 2024, i.e. in just three days. However, it is still unclear whether this is a China-exclusive launch or whether the new Photographer Edition will also be available globally like the standard model.
The manufacturer promises a range of new AI functions for the flagship model, which should enhance photography quality. However, the teasers on Weibo also address other AI features, such as AI interpretation of phone calls and real-time conversations.
The back of the Nubia Z60 Ultra Photographer Edition can also be seen on teasers, which is visually different from the previous models, takes on the style of a compact camera, and is covered in vegan leather. According to the manufacturer, the special version joins a series of camera phones, such as the Nubia Z5 mini in 2013 or the Nubia Z18 in 2018.
Technically, the Nubia Z60 Ultra Photographer Edition will probably not differ much from the regular Z60 Ultra, although the manufacturer has not yet provided any official details. This will change by the end of the week at the latest when Nubia will unveil its new camera flagship with all kinds of AI features.
